This refund and return policy defines the terms under which customers may request returns, exchanges, or monetary refunds for personal care items purchased through our online store. Qualification for Return Application

Customers can submit return requests within a valid period after receiving parcel when products arrive with factory defects, incomplete packaging or item mismatches compared with ordered specifications. All returned goods must stay in unused original condition, with intact original outer packing and attached accessories. Opened products without confirmed quality faults do not satisfy return qualification, especially oral care replacement brush heads designed for personal hygiene use, as hygiene restrictions forbid resale of opened personal grooming supplies.

Items damaged due to improper customer storage, accidental dropping, wrong manual operation or self-modification are excluded from return coverage. We carefully inspect every finished product before outbound delivery to eliminate factory defects before shipment, which reduces unnecessary aftersales disputes for both sides.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Orders marked as successfully delivered to the designated receiving address cannot apply for refunds caused by customers’ personal wrong purchase decisions or sudden consumption changes. Import tariffs, local customs administrative charges and regional delivery surcharges paid by buyers at destination territory will not be included in any refund amount, for these fees are collected by third-party local regulatory institutions beyond our operational control.

If parcels are abandoned at local post station or refused receiving without reasonable legitimate cause after arriving destination, we hold rights to deduct incurred round-trip logistics cost from pending refund amount when goods return back to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Expense Allocation

When returns result from our side’s mistakes including wrong item dispatch or confirmed manufacturing flaws, we bear all generated return delivery expenses. In contrast, returns initiated from customers’ personal reasons require buyers to cover full back-shipping cost independently before sending items back to designated receiving warehouse address.

Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and inspect returned merchandise and verify all conditions comply with return rules, our finance team arranges corresponding refund settlement via original payment channel used during checkout. The specific arrival time of refund funds is decided by the settlement cycle of your original payment provider instead of our internal operating schedule.

We retain the right to revise partial policy clauses according to cross-border e-commerce regulatory updates, with updated versions published directly on this policy page to take effect for all newly generated orders afterwards. Any policy modification will not retroactively affect finished orders made before content revision.
